- Brief speakers to provide balanced, sourced and practical content within an accessible format. Who could lead it: Speaker Producer
- Rehearse slides, captions, audio, keyboard flow, moderation, recording notice and contingencies. Who could lead it: Technical and Accessibility Lead
- Deliver with polls or questions that support the learning outcome rather than collect unnecessary data. Who could lead it: Host and Moderator
- Publish the accessible resource pack, resolve unanswered questions and improve the next session. Who could lead it: Resource and Evaluation Lead
