A simple way to start
- Define the connection outcome and collect only the preferences needed to support it. Who could lead it: Networking Producer
- Design a structured agenda with small-group prompts, opt-outs and facilitator checkpoints. Who could lead it: Lead Facilitator
- Test accessibility, room assignments, privacy messages, security and disruption procedures. Who could lead it: Technical Host
- Deliver the session and offer explicit consent before exchanging participant contact details. Who could lead it: Facilitation Team
