What could this idea change?

People can research and compare involvement options privately, access the journey on their device and receive a relevant response without sales pressure.

Could this work in our club?

  • Online audiences considering membership, project volunteering, events or exploratory conversations with Rotary. Use when the club understands the online questions and barriers of its intended audiences.

Before you start

  • A segmented journey map with approved claims, exclusions, actions and handoff standards.
  • Accessible landing pages and secure forms with privacy, consent, tracking and retention controls.
  • Controlled campaign accounts, spend limits, audience exclusions, multi-factor authentication and incident recovery.

At the end: Respond on the selected channel within two business days, make no more than the agreed contact attempts and close, suppress or re-permission the record after the decision window.

Before your club says yes

Does the idea fit?

Talk with the people it is meant to serve and check that the need is real.

Who can say yes?

Name the person or group that can approve the work, spending and any safety arrangements.

Are people protected?

Check privacy, consent and safety. Collect only the information you genuinely need.

Can everyone take part?

Check the language, format, place, technology and cost for barriers.

Are the facts and permissions right?

Check names, claims, images, quotations, partner references and Rotary branding.

How will we learn?

Note where things stand now, check in at 30, 60 and 90 days, and decide what to do next.
