Future Leaders Campaign
Opens visible, practical leadership pathways by showing diverse people learning through real community responsibilities rather than presenting leadership as age, title or charisma.
What could this idea change?
Potential leaders can see accessible next steps, and organisations are prompted to provide supported practice instead of asking for experience people have not yet had.
A simple way to start
- Identify the leadership barriers the campaign will address and the audiences experiencing them. Who could lead it: Pathways Lead
- Select varied leader stories that demonstrate practice, feedback and community accountability. Who could lead it: Story Panel
- Publish comparable opportunity cards with requirements, supports and named contacts. Who could lead it: Program Coordinator
- Run a campaign sequence that combines stories, live questions and application or taster actions. Who could lead it: Engagement Lead
- Track referrals through to participation and identify where candidates are lost or excluded. Who could lead it: Equity and Evaluation Lead
What should we look for?
- Qualified pathway enquiries
Before we say yes
- Does it fit a real local need?
- Can people take part safely and fairly?
- Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
- Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
