Rotary Week Campaign

Concentrates seven coordinated public touchpoints into a recognisable local week that moves people from discovery to a real service, story, partner or membership experience.

What could this idea change?

The community receives a coherent sequence of useful events and stories, with a clear calendar and multiple low-pressure ways to participate.

A simple way to start

  1. Choose the week's narrative arc and remove activities that do not advance it. Who could lead it: Week Director
  2. Lock daily activations, owners, partner commitments, budgets and contingency triggers. Who could lead it: Program Manager
  3. Clear public-space permissions, campaign-law risk, brand, data capture and accessibility for the full program. Who could lead it: Governance Lead
  4. Release one coordinated calendar and deliver each day with a consistent welcome and next-step pathway. Who could lead it: Daily Activation Leads
  5. Consolidate enquiries, attendance, partner feedback and fatigue signals into a single review. Who could lead it: Insights and Follow-Up Lead

What should we look for?

  • Scheduled activations delivered safely

Before we say yes

  • Does it fit a real local need?
  • Can people take part safely and fairly?
  • Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
  • Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
