Helps people find relatable points of connection while crediting teams and community partners rather than presenting service as individual heroism.
A simple way to start
- Build a balanced candidate list and invite participation privately with an easy decline option. Who could lead it: Series Coordinator
- Interview the member about one service contribution, collaborators, challenge, learning and next opportunity. Who could lead it: Profile Writer
- Verify project claims and obtain any partner, employer, image or third-party permissions. Who could lead it: Fact and Rights Reviewer
- Return the final profile to the member for approval and publish it in an accessible format. Who could lead it: Editor
- Route reader interest to the named project and review the series for representation or repetition. Who could lead it: Follow-Up Coordinator
