- Curate the season themes and select speakers for relevance, evidence, diversity and practical value. Who could lead it: Series Curator
- Issue a precise invitation and confirm contribution, logistics, rights, expenses and public description. Who could lead it: Speaker Liaison
- Develop and rehearse the run sheet, introduction, question route, access provision and technical fallback. Who could lead it: Event Producer
- Host and moderate the session, distinguishing speaker views from Rotary positions and commitments. Who could lead it: Moderator
- Thank speakers, answer outstanding questions and publish only the approved summary or recording. Who could lead it: Follow-Up Editor
