Before you start
- Proportionate due diligence covering legal status, governance, safeguarding, finances and delivery record.
- A documented problem statement, beneficiary voice and evidence that the approach is appropriate.
- Board agreement on funds, reputation exposure, reporting obligations and decision authority.
