Health Organisation Partnerships

Partner with a qualified health organisation to extend prevention, navigation or community-support activity without placing Rotarians in clinical roles.

What could this idea change?

People receive safer access to credible health information or services through trusted local outreach and supported referral.

A simple way to start

  1. Ask the health partner to define the population need and safe service model. Who could lead it: Clinical partner lead
  2. Select only non-clinical contributions within Rotary competence. Who could lead it: Club project lead
  3. Approve referral, privacy, infection-control and emergency arrangements. Who could lead it: Health governance contact
  4. Brief volunteers and deliver under provider oversight. Who could lead it: Operations coordinator
  5. Review reach, access barriers and any incidents with the provider. Who could lead it: Evaluation lead

What should we look for?

  • Target community can access the approved offer.

Before we say yes

  • Does it fit a real local need?
  • Can people take part safely and fairly?
  • Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
  • Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
