Before you start
- Board authority from each participating club and a jointly confirmed community need.
- Written allocation of finances, contracts, safety, communications and beneficiary contact.
- A neutral recognition plan and an agreed dispute and withdrawal process.
At the end: Issue one shared outcome report, settle all inter-club balances, and capture specific governance improvements before proposing another joint project.
