Enable Rotary and other service clubs to deliver a larger community result through explicit division of roles, funds and recognition.

Local service capacity is pooled without asking residents to navigate competing clubs or duplicated events.
A simple way to start
- Compare current commitments and identify a genuine shared project gap. Who could lead it: Inter-club convenor
- Confirm each board's contribution, limits and delegated representative. Who could lead it: Club presidents
- Create one workplan, budget, safety plan and communication calendar. Who could lead it: Joint project team
- Deliver through mixed crews with a single operational lead. Who could lead it: Delivery controller
- Reconcile results, funds and recognition across all clubs. Who could lead it: Joint treasurers

- Every board approves the same project summary.

- Can people take part safely and fairly?
- Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
