Public Sector Leadership Forum
Convene public-sector and community leaders for a non-partisan, action-focused exchange on a defined civic challenge.
What could this idea change?
Leaders hear cross-agency and community perspectives, clarify system constraints and identify lawful collaborative next steps.
A simple way to start
- Consult agencies and community stakeholders to refine the civic question. Who could lead it: Programme curator
- Invite participants through authorised channels with roles and attribution stated. Who could lead it: Public-sector liaison
- Brief the moderator on neutrality, conflicts and system constraints. Who could lead it: Forum chair
- Facilitate evidence, community perspective and bounded action design. Who could lead it: Independent moderator
- Confirm authorised actions and publish an accurate non-partisan record. Who could lead it: Secretariat
What should we look for?
- Relevant agencies and community perspectives are represented.
Before we say yes
- Does it fit a real local need?
- Can people take part safely and fairly?
- Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
- Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
