Rotary School Ambassador Program
Creates a reliable, school-approved contact who translates Rotary opportunities into age-appropriate invitations and brings student priorities back to the club.

Schools gain one accountable contact and students see a coherent pathway instead of disconnected Rotary offers.
A simple way to start
- Agree the ambassador remit, escalation route and contact rhythm with the school. Who could lead it: Club youth protection officer and school liaison
- Map suitable Rotary opportunities by age, eligibility, cost and closing date. Who could lead it: School ambassador
- Deliver a short staff briefing and student-facing introduction through school channels. Who could lead it: School liaison
- Record enquiries using only approved minimum data and route each one to the right program lead. Who could lead it: Club privacy contact
- Review uptake and relationship quality at the end of each term. Who could lead it: Ambassador and school liaison
