Recognises observable student leadership and service without turning popularity, academic rank or family connections into the selection standard.

Young people doing practical, inclusive community work receive credible recognition and a supported next step.
A simple way to start
- Co-design criteria that recognise initiative, inclusion, teamwork and community benefit. Who could lead it: Awards chair and school representatives
- Open nominations through a secure form with a plain-language privacy notice. Who could lead it: Club privacy contact
- De-identify sensitive material and score independently before panel discussion. Who could lead it: Selection panel chair
- Notify recipients privately and obtain separate consent for names, images and stories. Who could lead it: School liaison
- Present the award and connect every finalist to a relevant development opportunity. Who could lead it: Club president and youth lead

- Eligible nominations from participating schools.

- Does it fit a real local need?
- Can people take part safely and fairly?
- Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
- Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
