- Student representative councils, emerging peer leaders and school staff supporting them. Use when a school has a defined student cohort and a real challenge to work on.
Before you start
- Learning outcomes, session length and safeguarding roles agreed in writing.
- Facilitators briefed on trauma-aware, inclusive practice and prohibited disclosures.
- Accessible materials and a low-tech alternative prepared.
At the end: Send accessible resources within two school days; the school owns implementation, while Rotary offers one scheduled check-in rather than direct student follow-up.
