Before	Check the purpose, place or platform, permissions and who is doing what
Welcome	Explain why people are here, what choices they have and how to ask for help
Main activity	Run the activity and check that people are comfortable and included
Close	Explain what happens next and how people will hear back
After	Store notes safely, deal with any problems and follow up
