A simple way to start
- Agree the service-story question, partner authority, evidence, dignity limits, audiences and expiry before selecting footage or inviting contributors. Who could lead it: Producer and community-partner contacts
- Invite contributor choices and obtain separate permissions without making filming, interviews or publicity a condition of volunteering or partner participation. Who could lead it: Consent and safeguarding lead
- Collect or create only authorised assets, verify outcomes and claims and record rights, credits, expiry and prohibited uses. Who could lead it: Producer and evidence lead
- Edit for accuracy and dignity, add captions and transcript, decide audio description and let partners and contributors review their material and context. Who could lead it: Editor, access reviewer and partner contacts
- Approve the final cut and exact screening audience, host an accessible premiere and moderate questions without expanding claims or permissions. Who could lead it: Club board sponsor and premiere host
What should we look for?
