Alumni Reunion Events
Reunites a defined program cohort in a way that honours relationships and learning, updates permissions and avoids turning nostalgia into a captive fundraising audience.
What could this idea change?
Long-term relationships are renewed, historical knowledge is preserved with consent and current participants can learn from prior cohorts.
A simple way to start
- Form a small cohort host group and agree the reunion's purpose. Who could lead it: Reunion convenor
- Clean records and invite through an authorised sender without exposing recipients. Who could lead it: Program data owner
- Build a participatory program with reconnection, reflection and one forward-looking activity. Who could lead it: Alumni host group
- Run check-in and photography using visible consent choices. Who could lead it: Event team
- Return consented memories, update preferences and close event-only data. Who could lead it: Follow-up lead
