Chamber of Commerce Partnerships

Establishes a defined club–chamber collaboration around community intelligence, business participation and service, with each organisation retaining its own authority.

What could this idea change?

Business networks gain a credible community-service route and Rotary reaches enterprises through an established local convener.

A simple way to start

  1. Compare strategic priorities and choose one bounded pilot. Who could lead it: Club president and chamber chief executive or delegate
  2. Document outcomes, roles, resources and non-exclusivity. Who could lead it: Partnership leads
  3. Approve brand, data and public-message workflows in both organisations. Who could lead it: Communications and privacy owners
  4. Deliver the pilot with monthly operational checks. Who could lead it: Joint project team
  5. Evaluate member and community value before renewal or expansion. Who could lead it: Joint sponsors

What should we look for?

  • Agreed pilot milestones completed.

Before we say yes

  • Does it fit a real local need?
  • Can people take part safely and fairly?
  • Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
  • Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
