Executive Leadership Breakfast
Uses a small, confidential breakfast to secure senior cross-organisation decisions on one community priority, with each attendee chosen for a relevant lever rather than status.

A time-sensitive issue gains coordinated executive decisions and resource commitments without a large public event.
A simple way to start
- Name the decision and invite only leaders controlling a relevant lever. Who could lead it: Executive convenor
- Pre-brief participants and collect conflicts plus decision constraints. Who could lead it: Secretariat
- Open with the community owner's evidence and requested outcome. Who could lead it: Priority owner
- Facilitate decisions, dependencies and named commitments within 75 minutes. Who could lead it: Independent chair
- Confirm the record bilaterally and begin delivery immediately. Who could lead it: Accountability secretary
