School Partnership Program
Convert a school-defined learning, leadership or service need into a bounded, safeguarded pilot with explicit responsibilities and an honest continuation decision.
What could this idea change?
The school receives a useful outcome without inheriting unmanaged work or risk, while students receive age-appropriate, accessible participation rather than an institutional sales pitch.
A simple way to start
- Listen to the authorised school liaison and document the need, student group, desired outcome, constraints and decision path. Who could lead it: Rotary Program Coordinator
- Co-design one pilot module, separating educational or service value from Rotary promotion. Who could lead it: School Liaison and Module Lead
- Complete safeguarding, presenter, access, site, data, materials, budget and agreement reviews. Who could lead it: Safeguarding and Governance Leads
- Adapt materials, rehearse presenters, confirm school communications and test the incident and alternative-participation routes. Who could lead it: Learning and Access Lead
- Deliver within the agreed scope and supervision model, documenting exceptions through the school's process. Who could lead it: Module Lead

- Delivery against the school-approved pilot scope and liaison assessment
Before we say yes
- Does it fit a real local need?
- Can people take part safely and fairly?
- Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
- Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
