Community Service Roadshow

Take a controlled service-impact story to defined groups at familiar venues, adapting the module and action route without fragmenting facts, brand or follow-up.

What could this idea change?

Each audience receives a relevant account of local service and an opportunity suited to its setting, while hosts receive clear responsibilities and closure.

A simple way to start

  1. Map why each proposed host matters, the audience reached and the single campaign outcome. Who could lead it: Roadshow Coordinator
  2. Agree each stop's module, timing, venue conditions, promotion, roles and response route with the host. Who could lead it: Host Liaison
  3. Freeze the campaign story, evidence, assets and change owner, then create only the approved local variations. Who could lead it: Content and Rights Owner
  4. Rehearse the full kit, transport, setup, technology, accessibility, no-tech fallback and condition recording. Who could lead it: Logistics Custodian
  5. Deliver the host-specific module, respect local authority and classify each requested action to its stop. Who could lead it: Stop Lead

What should we look for?

  • Confirmed stops delivered against their host briefs

Before we say yes

  • Does it fit a real local need?
  • Can people take part safely and fairly?
  • Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
  • Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
