Service is recognised fairly and accurately without exploiting personal stories, pressuring nominees or converting popularity into merit.
A simple way to start
- Approve the charter, cycle dates, public terms, category, criteria, evidence and no-award authority. Who could lead it: Award Program Owner
- Configure accessible nomination, notices, alternate submission, safer contact and secure evidence storage. Who could lead it: Intake and Privacy Lead
- Appoint and brief the panel, record conflicts, test score anchors on a calibration case and confirm quorum. Who could lead it: Panel Chair
- Score independently, verify material facts, moderate defined triggers and record reasons for the authorised decision. Who could lead it: Voting Panel
- Notify privately, correct facts, offer recognition options and obtain specific channel permissions before any embargoed briefing. Who could lead it: Recipient Liaison
