Rotary Community Showcase
Translate a set of current Rotary projects into one coherent, evidence-led public journey from community need through contribution and result to relevant action.
What could this idea change?
Visitors can understand what changed, who contributed, what remains uncertain and which project, service or partnership route fits their interest.
A simple way to start
- Approve the audience, purpose, site, story count and what the visitor should understand. Who could lead it: Showcase Curator
- Select projects against relevance, evidence, currency and diversity of contribution, recording why each earns space. Who could lead it: Curatorial Group
- Verify facts, limitations, partner roles, images, quotations and permissions, then lock each story unit. Who could lead it: Evidence and Rights Lead
- Design and proof the visitor journey, install assets, brief ambassadors and test access, wayfinding and response routes. Who could lead it: Site and Production Lead
- Host evidence-led conversations, distinguish contribution from impact and capture only chosen project actions. Who could lead it: Project Ambassadors
What should we look for?
- Voluntary response and question themes about Rotary's current local role
Before we say yes
- Does it fit a real local need?
- Can people take part safely and fairly?
- Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
- Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
