Community Project Demonstration Day
Make one service method tangible through an accurate, supervised and bounded demonstration that teaches how it contributes to a defined need.
What could this idea change?
Visitors gain practical understanding of the method, limitations and contribution without being exposed to the full project's hazards or being represented as volunteers.
A simple way to start
- Select the project method and define the single observable learning objective and evidence boundary. Who could lead it: Subject-Matter Lead
- Design the representative activity, exclusions, capacity, supervision, observation and accessible alternative. Who could lead it: Demonstration Designer
- Approve the site, equipment, consumables, competency, barriers, PPE, emergency and insurance conditions. Who could lead it: Safety and Site Lead
- Build explanatory content, configure the next-step route and rehearse the full demonstration, failure and recovery sequence. Who could lead it: Event Lead
- Brief visitors, supervise within capacity, protect observation-only choices and stop immediately when a condition is breached. Who could lead it: Duty Demonstration Lead
