A simple way to start
- Approve the audience, theme, narrative arc, current relevance, object or panel scope and action route. Who could lead it: Curator
- Research and register every claim, date, name, quotation, image and object, preserving uncertainty and dispute. Who could lead it: Evidence Lead
- Secure rights, loans, attribution, condition and personal permissions before committing material to production. Who could lead it: Rights and Objects Lead
- Design and proof the accessible narrative, then test route, captions, lighting, alternatives, installation and response destination. Who could lead it: Production and Access Leads
- Install, photograph condition, inspect throughout the live period and correct or remove defective content promptly. Who could lead it: Venue Liaison
