What could this idea change?

Local work becomes transparent and discoverable, partners receive accurate credit and visitors can act on a current project need.

Could this work in our club?

  • Community members, funders, prospective partners, volunteers, media and other clubs seeking proven local approaches. Use when the club has several projects whose current information and evidence can be maintained.

Before you start

  • A project-content model with mandatory evidence, partner, rights, action, status and review fields.
  • A verified project register and owner for every public case.
  • An accessible platform, secure enquiry route and archive or redirect plan for completed projects.

At the end: Notify the project owner of each qualified action within one business day and run a monthly status review that archives or corrects any case without current evidence.

Before your club says yes

Does the idea fit?

Talk with the people it is meant to serve and check that the need is real.

Who can say yes?

Name the person or group that can approve the work, spending and any safety arrangements.

Are people protected?

Check privacy, consent and safety. Collect only the information you genuinely need.

Can everyone take part?

Check the language, format, place, technology and cost for barriers.

Are the facts and permissions right?

Check names, claims, images, quotations, partner references and Rotary branding.

How will we learn?

Note where things stand now, check in at 30, 60 and 90 days, and decide what to do next.
