Digital Project Showcase

Presents each project through a comparable digital case - need, partners, Rotary contribution, evidence, current status and next action - so visitors can explore without promotional guesswork.

What could this idea change?

Local work becomes transparent and discoverable, partners receive accurate credit and visitors can act on a current project need.

A simple way to start

  1. Define user filters and a standard project record that prevents selective reporting. Who could lead it: Showcase Product Owner
  2. Gather source evidence, partner attribution, media rights and current participation options from project owners. Who could lead it: Project Content Coordinator
  3. Build responsive, keyboard-operable cases with plain-language summaries, alt text and accessible data visuals. Who could lead it: Digital Designer
  4. Verify each case with project and partner authorities before publishing it. Who could lead it: Evidence Approver
  5. Monitor actions and change cases to completed, paused or archived states as reality changes. Who could lead it: Portfolio Steward

What should we look for?

  • Project cases current within the review cycle

Before we say yes

  • Does it fit a real local need?
  • Can people take part safely and fairly?
  • Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
  • Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
