Digital Volunteer Recruitment Platform

Matches people to current, capacity-tested volunteer roles through comparable listings, secure applications and visible placement status rather than a generic expression-of-interest pool.

What could this idea change?

People can find realistic roles that fit their availability and access needs, while projects receive screened applicants they can safely support.

A simple way to start

  1. Map the complete journey from role approval to application, placement, attendance and data disposal. Who could lead it: Volunteer Service Owner
  2. Configure standard role cards, search, accessible application, status messages and supervisor capacity controls. Who could lead it: Platform Product Lead
  3. Set permissions, screening boundaries, notices, retention, integrations, audit logs and security protections. Who could lead it: Privacy and Security Lead
  4. Pilot with a small role set and representative volunteers before scaling listings. Who could lead it: Pilot Coordinator
  5. Monitor fill quality, safety, unplaced applicants, stale roles and continuing-volunteer outcomes. Who could lead it: Placement and Insights Lead

What should we look for?

  • Current roles meeting the publication standard

Before we say yes

  • Does it fit a real local need?
  • Can people take part safely and fairly?
  • Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
  • Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
