Community Impact Campaign

Translates one completed or mature project into an evidence-led public campaign that shows the need, shared contribution, measured change and next community priority without inflating attribution.

What could this idea change?

The community receives a transparent account of what changed, what remains unresolved and how local effort can support the next useful step.

A simple way to start

  1. Define the campaign question and select evidence that answers it without cherry-picking. Who could lead it: Impact Lead
  2. Co-produce the narrative with participants and partners, including constraints and outstanding need. Who could lead it: Story and Partner Liaison
  3. Verify numbers, costs, dates, quotes, rights and accessible formats against source records. Who could lead it: Evidence Reviewer
  4. Publish a sequenced set of stories, data visuals and a clear next action across suitable channels. Who could lead it: Communications Lead
  5. Log corrections, answer substantive questions and compare promised outcomes with actual campaign responses. Who could lead it: Accountability Lead

What should we look for?

  • Evidence statements independently checked

Before we say yes

  • Does it fit a real local need?
  • Can people take part safely and fairly?
  • Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
  • Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
