Why a club might use this
Local organisations receive prepared help while participants can compare service options and continue with the cause that fits them best.
Use it when

Before the club starts
- Signed host permissions and briefs defining tasks, supervision, insurance, screening, tools, accessibility and cancellation.
- A central roster with capacity, skills, age and emergency fields limited to what each role needs.
- A volunteer code, induction pack, incident pathway and continuing-opportunity directory.
