A simple way to start
- Choose one community theme and invite speakers whose perspectives collectively show need, action, outcome and learning. Who could lead it: Program Curator
- Brief speakers on time, boundaries, confidentiality, evidence and the option to decline any question. Who could lead it: Speaker Liaison
- Confirm the accessible run sheet, venue operations, question route, recording decision and no-technology fallback. Who could lead it: Event Lead
- Facilitate the night, distinguish verified facts from personal reflections and capture only approved actions. Who could lead it: Facilitator
- Thank contributors, close enquiries and publish an approved synthesis without attributing comments beyond permission. Who could lead it: Follow-Up Coordinator
