A simple way to start
- Map the essential frames: context, need, safe action, collaboration, result and next opportunity. Who could lead it: Photo Story Lead
- Brief the project team and photographer on consent signals, no-camera zones and operational safety. Who could lead it: Project Safety Lead
- Capture candid but dignified images without interrupting service, staging hazards or exposing records. Who could lead it: Photographer
- Select the minimum strong sequence, verify every caption and prepare alt text and image credits. Who could lead it: Picture Editor
- Release approved versions for web, social, newsletter and display, then archive masters and permissions. Who could lead it: Communications Lead
