Before you start
- A skilled facilitator, observable workshop outcomes and a realistic draft-story target.
- An approved project evidence pack with known gaps clearly marked.
- Accessible venue or online arrangements plus a consent and safeguarding plan for participants.
At the end: Send participants their outputs and decisions, close any sensitive notes under the retention plan, and offer an optional editorial clinic for approved drafts.
