Instagram Story Series

Uses concise vertical story sequences to take viewers behind one project, answer common questions and offer an immediate, low-friction next step.

What could this idea change?

Shows current service activity in an approachable format while making access information and ways to help easy to find.

A simple way to start

  1. Storyboard a beginning, project action, evidence point, participant perspective and closing action. Who could lead it: Story Series Producer
  2. Capture vertical assets safely and remove unnecessary location, identity and device metadata. Who could lead it: Mobile Content Creator
  3. Add concise captions, readable contrast, spoken context and a tested non-platform information route. Who could lead it: Accessibility Editor
  4. Release the frames in sequence, monitor interactions and preserve approved highlights where useful. Who could lead it: Instagram Manager
  5. Resolve replies, record actions and review completion drop-off before producing the next story. Who could lead it: Audience Follow-Up Lead

What should we look for?

  • Complete approved story sequences published

Before we say yes

  • Does it fit a real local need?
  • Can people take part safely and fairly?
  • Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
  • Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
