Extends access to diverse local knowledge while reducing duplicated equipment and giving every participating show consistent rights and quality controls.
A simple way to start
- Confirm demand and define the network model, eligible shows, service levels and decision rights. Who could lead it: Network Sponsor
- Agree governance and contribution terms with pilot clubs and appoint an independent editorial lead. Who could lead it: Partnership Lead
- Build the shared technical stack, templates, training and release gate using two pilot episodes. Who could lead it: Technical Producer
- Launch the feeds with clear show ownership, accessible companions and a central correction and complaint route. Who could lead it: Managing Editor
- Review quality, participation, cost and incidents quarterly and suspend feeds that cannot meet the charter. Who could lead it: Network Governance Group
