Global Impact Story Campaign

Connects a local club's verified contribution to a wider international project story, showing interdependence without claiming ownership of community-led outcomes.

What could this idea change?

Explains how local action contributes to long-term global work while centring affected communities, local partners and evidence.

A simple way to start

  1. Agree the campaign question and local-club contribution with the project owner and in-country partners. Who could lead it: International Project Lead
  2. Collect current evidence and community-led perspectives through approved partner channels. Who could lead it: Partner Liaison
  3. Draft the narrative with accurate geography, timing, currency, attribution and limitations. Who could lead it: Global Story Editor
  4. Complete partner, consent, translation, safeguarding, financial-claim, rights and brand review. Who could lead it: Cross-Border Review Lead
  5. Release locally with transparent action choices, monitor questions and share campaign results with partners. Who could lead it: Campaign and Follow-Up Lead

What should we look for?

  • Campaign assets approved by responsible project partners

Before we say yes

  • Does it fit a real local need?
  • Can people take part safely and fairly?
  • Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
  • Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
