Before you start

• A verified contact, legal identity and clear understanding of the organisation's purpose.
• Evidence that the proposed activity reflects participant priorities rather than club assumptions.
• Named leads, an agreed resource limit and a safe referral route for needs outside scope.

At the end: Return participant feedback and outcomes to the organisation first, close all referrals, and agree in writing whether the collaboration ends or enters a second cycle.
