Before you start
- Landholder approval and technical advice covering season, species, biosecurity and site hazards.

- A weather, accessibility, volunteer-safety and aftercare plan.
At the end: Log site condition after delivery, complete scheduled maintenance and monitoring, and report failures as well as successes to the landholder and community.
