- Validate the ecological objective and site condition with the technical partner. Who could lead it: Environmental adviser
- Secure landholder and cultural approvals before announcing the activity. Who could lead it: Site liaison
- Source compliant materials and brief volunteers on biosecurity and method. Who could lead it: Field coordinator
- Deliver within weather and site stop-work thresholds. Who could lead it: Safety supervisor
