A simple way to start
- Survey the school on student interests and missing pathway information. Who could lead it: Careers coordinator
- Recruit and vet a balanced speaker and exhibitor mix. Who could lead it: Vocational service lead
- Publish a rotating session plan with quiet-space and access arrangements. Who could lead it: Event lead
- Run short conversations and practical demonstrations under school supervision. Who could lead it: Session hosts
- Give the school verified resources and gather anonymous usefulness ratings. Who could lead it: Evaluation lead
