Rotary Public Awareness Posters
Creates a controlled poster system that communicates one useful Rotary fact and one accessible action at viewing speed, then remains governable across sites, sizes and replacement cycles.
What could this idea change?
Residents receive concise, readable local information in trusted physical settings, including a non-digital way to respond.
A simple way to start
- Define the single message and action for each audience and placement context. Who could lead it: Campaign Designer
- Secure site permissions and record environmental, safety, heritage and mounting restrictions. Who could lead it: Placement Coordinator
- Proof artwork at final size for brand fidelity, rights, legibility, accessibility and regulated content. Who could lead it: Production Approver
- Install, photograph and log every placement without obstructing access, sightlines or other authorised material. Who could lead it: Installation Team
- Inspect response routes during the run and remove or replace each poster on the controlled date. Who could lead it: Asset Steward
What should we look for?
- Authorised placements installed as specified
Before we say yes
- Does it fit a real local need?
- Can people take part safely and fairly?
- Are the facts, permissions and Rotary branding right?
- Who will lead it, and when will we review it?
